The Loft Bedroom, a super king bed, restful in the rafters on the 3rd floor; shares the family bathroom.

The Bondgate Bedroom holds a kingsize bed. With its own en-suite shower room with basin and w/c it’s arguably the best room in the house.

The Town House Bedroom, on the 2nd floor. A cosy double room with oodles of charm, and wooden shutters. Shares the family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin, & w/c.

The Old Stock Room, situated behind the former shop, featuring the old stove, we can make a super king size or a twin bedroom for you here. With its own bathroom, with bath, shower over bath, basin & w/c this is ideal if someone prefers or needs to avoid the stairs.

Downstairs in the heart of the old shop, the large family kitchen has plenty of space for all the guests to cook and dine together on the ground floor.

Upstairs on the 1st floor, in the original living quarters, this kitchen is useful for quieter breakfasts, and enables al fresco meals out on the garden terrace.

Our kitchens are equipped with all mod cons including, as you would expect, ovens and hobs, microwave, fridge/freezers, washer/dryers, dishwashers. The kitchens are well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking implements and cafetiere. Downstairs there is also a small wine cooler.

Utility room with w/c on the 1st half landing, stores the garden chair seat cushions and any additional housekeeping items you may need during your stay.

Georgian proportions with contemporary comfort. Talk, or read, watch the TV or the weather. It’s what this room is made for; on the 2nd floor.

Secluded and nestled behind the house we have a tidy little lawned garden and a dining terrace. We are yet to successfully persuade the team from Alnwick Gardens to sprinkle it with their magic; but we won’t stop trying!
